How to Delete Your Account

Follow these steps to permanently delete your Talyu account

Account Deletion Process

If you wish to permanently delete your Talyu account and all associated data, you can do so directly from within the app. Follow these simple steps:

Step-by-Step Guide

  1. Open the Talyu App

    Launch the Talyu application on your mobile device.

  2. Navigate to Your Profile

    Tap on your profile icon, located in the bottom navigation bar.

  3. Go to Settings

    Once in your profile, look for the Settings option (usually represented by a gear icon).

  4. Select "Delete Account"

    In the Settings menu, scroll down and tap on the "Delete Account" option.

  5. Confirm Deletion

    You will be asked to confirm your decision. Please read the warning carefully, as this action is permanent and cannot be undone.

  6. Account Deleted

    Once confirmed, your account and all associated data will be permanently deleted from our systems immediately.

What Gets Deleted

When you delete your account, the following information is permanently removed:

  • Your account credentials (email address and authentication ID)
  • Your cloned voice model and any voice recordings
  • Your saved stories, lullabies, and generated audio files
  • Your "Story Dust" credit balance and usage history
  • Any other personal data associated with your account

Important Notes

Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

Once you delete your account, you will not be able to recover your voice model, saved stories, or Story Dust balance. If you wish to use Talyu again in the future, you will need to create a new account from scratch.
